OTTAWA, ON – Late 2024 – We are proud to announce the official founding of Mirkwood Dynamics Restoration, a company dedicated to setting a new benchmark for restoration work in the condominium sector. While our organization is a new name in the industry, our foundation is built on deep-rooted expertise; key members of the Mirkwood Dynamics Restoration team bring over 40 years of experience in condominium management  and Restoration with a profound understanding of the unique challenges faced by Owners, Boards, and Property Managers.

The Mirkwood Difference: The Condominium Service Package (CSP) Mirkwood Dynamics Restoration is launching with a flagship Service Offering known as the Condominium Service Package (CSP). This package is designed to provide unparalleled restoration services tailored to the specific needs of community living. • Project Kick-Off Meetings in building lobbies to address resident concerns directly.

• Professional Building Signage to keep all occupants informed of milestones and work hours.

• Weekly Written Updates for the Board, including work summaries, daily logs, and photos to ensure full transparency.

• Post-Completion Walkthroughs to ensure every detail meets our high standards before a project is considered closed.

A Commitment to Our Community At Mirkwood Dynamics Restoration, we believe that social responsibility is a mandatory requirement for any organization. We are launching as a Prosperity Partner with the Capital Prosperity Foundation (CPF) to support Ottawa’s less fortunate.

Our commitment includes active support for The Ottawa School Breakfast Program (ONFE), which provides healthy breakfasts to over 13,500 children daily, and a first-of-its-kind partnership with the Ottawa Police to provide immediate assistance to families in crisis. Furthermore, we are proud to host a no-cost pre-apprenticeship training program at our state-of-the-art facility, which has already helped over 75 individuals gain the skills necessary to begin careers in construction.
