Lisgar St. Parking Garage

During this 3-month project, in Ottawa's downtown core, our team completed Soffit, Breakthrough, and Top of Slab repairs. This also included drain replacement and a full new waterproofing membrane system. We dealt with unexpected water ingress from the outside, resident coordination of parking garage use, and much worse concrete delamination than expected.

George St. Crack Repairs

Our crew was called in to prevent minerals and water from dripping onto a resident's car in downtown Ottawa. This is a temporary fix until the actual cause is determined by the consultants. You can be sure we will be on the top of the tender list for this upcomming job.
