Dan Fried is an accomplished professional with over 30 years of experience in property management and construction. He was the CEO and co-owner of Capital Integral Property Management, where he successfully led a team of more than 30 individuals and managed over 50 Condominium Corporations, guiding them through all stages from new builds to older properties.
Born and raised in Ottawa, Dan resides in the west end of the city with his wife and two daughters. He holds the prestigious Registered Condominium Manager (RCM) designation—the first of its kind in Ottawa—and is a Certified Scrum Manager. As a member of the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario (ACMO) and the Canadian Condominium Institute (CCI). He was committed to upholding the highest standards in the industry. His firm was recognized as one of the few ACMO 2000-certified companies in the Ottawa area and is uniquely approved to teach RCM courses within the region.
In addition to his management responsibilities, Dan focuses on consulting for troubled condominiums, enhancing transparency and accountability through innovative technology and personal interactions. Recently, he was appointed to the Discipline Appeals Committee of the Condominium Management Regulatory Authority of Ontario (CMRAO) to oversee professional conduct within the profession.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Dan was the Chair and CFO of Angels of Hope, where he has played a pivotal role in raising $2.2 million for brain tumor research. He is also the Founder and President of the Capital Prosperity Foundation, which supports various children’s causes and has raised over $300,000.00 .
