1. Dedicated Project Manager 

A Project Manager handles delivery and administrative duties—including documentation, permits, and inspections—from the kick-off meeting to the final closeout

3.  Project Kick-Off Meeting

We host a meeting with Owners, the Board, and the Property Manager to align expectations and address community concerns. This can include team members being available in your lobby to answer resident questions

5.  Notice Templates for Communication

We offer customizable templates for the Board and Owners to ensure everyone is updated on project status and potential disruptions

7. Post-Completion Walkthrough and Quality Inspection:

We conduct a final walkthrough with the Board and Property Manager to ensure all work meets your standards.

2.  Dedicated  Foreman

Every project is overseen by a dedicated foreman who serves as the primary point of contact, manages day-to-day activities, and ensures safety and quality standards are met

4.  Building Signage and Project Information

We provide professional signage displaying timelines, milestones, daily work hours, and team contact information to keep residents informed and reduce confusion

6.  Weekly Written Updates

We provide the Board with weekly reports including work summaries, upcoming tasks, challenges/solutions, safety updates, daily logs, and photos

8.  Ongoing Customer Support

Our team remains available post-restoration to assist with repairs or follow-up questions
